Touchstone Golf deploys Players 1st Customer Experience Management solution

WE ARE PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE A NEW PARTNERSHIP BETWEEN PLAYERS 1ST AND TOUCHSTONE GOLF

Players 1st is pleased to announce that its award-winning Customer Experience Management solution has been selected by Touchstone Golf for use across its portfolio of clubs across the United States.  

The deployment replaces a legacy survey system and will initially be implemented across 28 Touchstone Golf managed facilities.

The Players 1st solution will provide enhanced capabilities for the Touchstone management team, providing deeper insights into their guest’s experience, driving data-driven decision making, staff engagement, and ensuring operational alignment with guest feedback.
